    Profile

    Our factory is situated in Narellan and with the help of local resources we are capable of performing all works. We owe our success to providing a high quality service at a reasonable price.

     

    Our factory personnel consist of 3 fitters and 9 boilermakers and our two experienced site crews hold the following certificates: OHS Construction Induction Training certificate (Blue and Green Cards) Track Safety Awareness Workcover Certificates Class C2 – crane ticket Class DG – dogman ticket Class LF – forklift ticket Class RB – riggers ticket Class WP – work elevators platform ticket

    Electrical Contractor
     

    Our electrical contractor, TEC Solutions, employs six staff and is able to produce an advanced automation control system with the use of programmable logic controllers (PLC) and a Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) as well as all field wiring and supply of main switchboard and Motor control switchboard, as was demonstrated with the Cairns Tilt Train Maintenance Facility in Brisbane Australia .

     

    Weld Quality Assurance and Control
     

    Weld Quality is controlled through the structural standards AS1554 parts 1 to 6 and AWS D1.1 and our third party inspectorate ERG Consulting. On receipt of drawings Weld Procedure Specifications are selected for submission or Procedures are written for Qualification and submission.

    Contracted Design Office
     

    Our mechanical contracted design office, T & S Bates, currently has a staff of 3 Engineers and 5 Draftsmen fully conversant with AutoCAD and Inventor Solid Modeling. They specialise in designing lift equipment as to AS1418, with experience in designing cranes, jacking and haulage systems for the rail industry as well as material handling systems. Their office is equipped with the latest software and hardware facilities and they have the capacity to quickly generate and provide concept drawings, sketches, project schedules and full size manufacturing drawings.
